Presented during the industry Gala Dinner at RACV Royal Pines Resort, the award recognises excellence in manufacturing, compliance, customer satisfaction and contribution to the Australian caravan industry. The RVMAP People’s Choice Manufacturer of the Year Awards are among the industry’s most respected honours, reflecting direct feedback from caravan owners and consumers across Australia.
This year’s Gold Award was presented to Concept Group, which includes Viscount Caravans. The recognition highlights the group’s ongoing commitment to building high-quality, Australian-made caravans backed by strong dealer support, customer care and industry-leading compliance standards.
The 2026 CIAA National Conference attracted more than 1,100 delegates and industry representatives from across the country, reinforcing the importance of the event as the caravan and camping industry’s premier annual gathering.
The Recreational Vehicle Manufacturing Accreditation Program (RVMAP) is Australia’s leading compliance and accreditation program for recreational vehicle manufacturers. The program focuses on adherence to Australian Design Rules (ADRs) and Federal compliance regulations, with accredited manufacturers subject to ongoing audits and inspections.
